navigation

I have 2003 acura mdx looking to buy a navigation disk 99 to150 is to steep any ideas

They will discount it if you are firm.
Disc based Nav has somewhat been replaced w better smart phone technology.
Car disc is dying ..
One day all cars will upgrade via the cloud or web.
No cost and effortless.
Until then .. call them and negotiate..

The issue I have is I don't have 4G or 3G coverage once I leave the city limits. It is usually 3-5 hrs with Edge coverage (I call 2G) to the next town with only phone/text at best. I usually do the eBay thing for old disk for my TSX/RDX. You can find 1 or 2 gen back for $50-$75. I haven't tried; but, the Honda DVD disk are suppose to work with Acura systems because they are similar units. I still have my iPhone as a back-up if my Navi has a hard time finding a location once I get back to 4G land.
