MDX Rotors

I've had my MDX for nearly 50K now and the rotors are really starting to irratate me. Since 30K they have been pulsing lightly (slightly warped) and have become worse over time. Now at 50K they are so bad that it's really starting to irritate me and I find myself driving the MDX less. On MDX'ers . org, there have been numerous members with warped rotors like me and the only option has been cheap ebay rotors or the OEM ones that easily warp again.

I've been looking into aftermarket rotors and Racing Brake is in the process of making some new rotors. They are gauging how many rotors they should start off with on their own new product forums. If you are interested or want to get a set like me, please put your name down and help out the MDX, ZDX and Pilot communities!

I considered it, but the issue is that the problem will arise again and again. I've warped the rotors on my TL and the only solution has been to get aftermarket rotors, which haven't warped even with 120-20 MPH stops 2-3 times in a row!

Had the same issue on my 2007, so far on my 2010 with 30k, no issues , after I had the dealer cut the rotors in my 2007, it never arose again, problem first arose around 25k, got rid of the 2007 with 95k on it.

I think the OEM rotors do not handle heavy usage well (like 120 mph stops.... ). We're pretty gentle on ours, and we just had the OEM rotors resurfaced at 60K and they're still great at 75K, and my TSX is at 55K with no rotor issues and original pads. However, when the time comes they'll both get new rotors, so I hope these Racing Brake ones work out. I just don't need them any time soon.

What year is it? Doesn't RB already offer MDX rotors?

Besides, it is most likely more a pad issue anyway. Don't beleive me? Hit me up. We'll get recommend a set of front pads and a bedding procedure and see if you cn't get the shaking to subside.
