MDX no heat & temp gauge reports low

2004 acura mdx im having problems with...

the heat doesn't blow hot anymore at 90 degrees and the temp gauge is stuck on low never going to half way.. anybody have an answer? i've read it could be thermostat

I would guess thermostat stuck open. No experience on an MDX, but they are typically pretty cheap and easy to change out...
