MDX Nav Updates?

I am the new owner of a 2006 MDX and I have several questions.

First, where can I get the update for the NAV
Second, what is the procedure to do the update
Last, does Acura make a front brush gard

Theres a link for the nav update off the acura website. Its from a third party company and is somewhat pricey. Its sent on a new dvd that you load onto your system.
