Go here:

http://www.sylvania.com/en-us/applic...s/lrgmain.aspx

this is a bulb guide that tells you which LED bulbs match with the oem bulb.

then, once you have the bulb info, you can buy from amazon, ebay, or any other LED source.

and they install JUST LIKE regular bulbs

so, I'm not understanding.....
maybe you can help me!

your wire harness is broken and melted but you STILL want LEDs?

I was saying i had led's purchased from eBay before and they were no good. They burnt out and turned blue....so i will avoid eBay. I will just get from auto zone or advance at least i have 30 days:-)

Don't know if autozone is any better than Amazon. Yes, stick with OEM manufactures such as Philips or similar. They make some good LEDs.

1. Park Lights in center not orange side marker.
I just left those alone

2. License plate light - Also how do i install?
The license plate lights take the same LED bulbs as the puddle lights or the driver/passenger foot well lights. It is a pain in the a$$ to remove the rear dark trim above the license plate; especially, around the back up camera. I gave up on the 2nd light near the camera and now have one LED and other regular for the license plate.

3. Door puddle lights
There is a Amazon kit for $20: LINK:
Amazon.com: Classy Autos Acura MDX White Interior LED Package (13 Pieces): Automotive Amazon.com: Classy Autos Acura MDX White Interior LED Package (13 Pieces): Automotive

The +10 MDX already has overhead LED cargo and map lights you can adjusts the brightness with the M.I.D. The Amazon kit is made for the 07-09; but, the extra LED came in handy for License plate light for my MDX and RDX. The issue I had with the door puddle lights was each LED I installed, the light got dimmer by 1/2 until no light by the 3rd door. Somehow the LEDs were pulling too much power (never figured out why). Even putting back OEM bulbs didn't fix the problem because of the other LEDs in the footwell (I think). The LED foot well are super bright and a good trade off to the inop puddle lights.

4. Map Lights
Already LED.

5. Glove Box light.
I didn't change this out. I think this was hardwired or LED type; but, it wasn't a big enough issue for me to try and change out.

6. Sun Visor Vanity LED.
I got these from Amazon also for $6: LINK:
LED Sun Visor Vanity Mirror LED Sun Visor Vanity Mirror

Waaay too bright! It will almost affect you night vision if you use the vanity at night.

7. Rear hatch cargo light
Tried the LED bulbs in the kit; but, wasn't bright enough with the ebony and tinted windows for me. Went with these, also Amazon at $10 each: LINK:
Amazon.com: iJDMTOY 18-SMD-5050 LED Strip Light For Car Trunk Cargo Area or Interior Illumination, Xenon White: Automotive Amazon.com: iJDMTOY 18-SMD-5050 LED Strip Light For Car Trunk Cargo Area or Interior Illumination, Xenon White: Automotive

These things are super bright, lights up the entire cargo area, lights up the ground when the hatch is open, and only takes a few minutes to install (has sticky back tape). I had to use a little bit of super glue on one strip on the end that started to come up after a while. I used the square one in my RDX; but, I think the square might be a little brighter than the strips.

8. HIDs
Replaced OEM with Osram Xenarc 66240CBI HID Bulbs Link:
Amazon.com: D2S - Osram Xenarc 66240CBI HID Bulbs: Automotive Amazon.com: D2S - Osram Xenarc 66240CBI HID Bulbs: Automotive

These are much brighter than OEM, cast a wider/further whiter 5500K beam, and illuminate overhead signs better and further out. Pain in the butt to install; but, can be done without removing the bumper (need latex gloves, alcohol (drinking and cleaning the bulbs), flashlight, compact mirror, and a lot of patience.

I would stay away from all LED back-up lights for the MDX. Because of the MDX tail light design, any back-up lights are useless and won't provide any extra light at night for looking over your shoulder in the rear or using the back-up camera.

OK, here's my interior list:
When ordering, pay attention to how many items come in each pack. Some are 1ea. and some are 2 ea.

These are polarity sensitive, but they will not be ruined, if you get them in backwards the 1st time, just flip them over*. (*This does not apply to the middle row under door bulbs).

A. For under the front doors, only ( I never did the back doors, because of a possible rewire/polarity issue): These come 2 in a pack. From e-bay:
2 ea. http://www.ebay.com/itm/231745255158?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

B. For the first row driver and passenger overhead, map lights (these 20 led ea. do not blind the driver like the 30 led and 48 led versions do) These come 1 in a pack.: From dx dot com
2 ea. Sku 183852 G4 T10 BA9S Festoon 31mm~42mm 10W 7200K 900lm 20-SMD 5050 LED White Steering / Reading Lamp (DC 12V)

C. For the middle row (2ea.) and For the third row (1 ea.) totaling 3 ea.: These come 1 in a pack. From dx dot com
3 ea. Sku 192078 PointPurple 5050-30 T10 / BA9S / Festoon 5.4W 445lm 30-SMD 5050 LED White Light Car Reading Lamp

D. For the bottom of the lift gate (these will be mounted at a 30 degree angle and have much more brightness, than the festoon flank/wedge style): These come 1 in a pack. From dx dot com
2 ea. Sku 162308 SENCART G4 6W 540lm 12-SMD 5060 LED White Light Car Brake Lamp w/ T10 / BA9S / Festoon (12V)

E. For the driver and passenger foot well (the passenger is a little tedious, to install) These come 2 in a pack.: From dx dot com
2 ea. Sku 235820 Festoon 31mm 3W 240lm 6 x SMD 5630 LED White Light Decoding Car Reading Lamp Dome Bulb (12V / 2 PCS)

F. For the vanity mirrors: These come 2 in a pack. From dx dot com
2ea. Sku 386547 Festoon 6641 Fuse LED Car Sun Visor Vanity Mirror Light White 6500K 60lm 6-SMD 3528 (2pcs / DC 12V)

G. For the glove box: these come in a 2 pack, so you’ll have an extra one): From VELDS dot com
1 pk. Part# 74_3_w_5k 5K WHITE 3 LED WEDGE BASE DASH LIGHT BULBS 37 74 | 1 PAIR

Here is what the rear cargo hatch looks like with two LED strips installed in a 100% dark garage (taken with iPhone 4S).

I keep my 3rd down for the extra hatch space, added a generic cargo net spread eagle between cargo hooks, also have the Acura up-right cargo net, the Acura tri-fold cargo mat, Acura cargo cover, and a nylon looking 6X8 tarp I keep folded up under the cargo mat for Home Depot runs in the spring. I added cheap Amazon Carabiner for easier hook/unhook of the cargo net instead of using the plastic hooks.

Here is an old pic I have of my hatch area. You can see cargo nets (Acura one is laying down, cargo cover retracted, tri fold cargo mat, carabiners, and a tiny bit of the 6X8 tarp on the right side sticking out from under the cargo mat.

No

I want to do something in the HID color range instead of the yellowish range it now has. Just haven't got that far yet.
