help with tranny issue on a 04 mdx

Hi, new to this community and sorry if somebody posted this issue I am having currenty. So I have a 2004 acura mdx with 105,000 miles. Within last 10k miles or so i noticed 2 things. 1st a long delay to get into reverse gear from drive, neutrol or park. By long i mean 5-7secs. The 2nd issue is at 45mph when it is about to switch gears, the rpm shoot up to 3500-4000 then go down and gear switches. Thier is no jerk its a smooth switch. I noticed a few weeks ago tranny fluid leaking. Took it to a indy shop and they said its leaking were torque converter goes to tranny and i need a seal plus a torque conv since it worn from bad seal and new seal will still leak. Paid $1200 for repair. After repair i had to replace 4th gear pressure switch causing a blinking drive green light and check engine. Replaced pressure sensor and green blinking light went away and so did check engine. Still same issue with rpms at 45mph going up and reverse delay. Today my reverse delay is endless. I have to press gass pedal wich causes a pulsing type rear acceleration. Any ideas what problem could be? Is tranny on its last breath and needa rebiuld or replacement. I am mechanically inclined and able to fix cars aand things but not able to pull tranny out and service myself. Any help or ideas would be really appreciated. Thanks

You can rebuild the trans for about 1500-2500 at a good reputable shop. Just remember these trans will eventually go bad again even after a rebuild.
