Help me choose the right Wheels

Hi guys,

I have a 2007 MDX (base model) and bought it on Dec 2006 when they first came out, I recently just used the OEM 18 inch as my winter tire set up, the all season just got worn out Nov 2009 and with the recent weather here in Calgary, winter tires are essential. Anyways, I am looking to buy a set of 20 inch (preferable) or 19 inch wheels. I know there are a lot of choices out there but I can't seem to find a lot of pictures. I saw a Pic of TSW Snetterton but I am not quite convince yet that is a nice fit for a muscular look SUV (meshed type with a lip). Modbargains suggested Forgestar F14s (I would love it for my 335XI) but I think it's too expensive for my needs on the MDX, plus this is the wife's daily driver. I'm installing All Seasons tires with them so I can install them on Spring and remove the latter part of Fall without worrying about Snow traction. Thanks for your input.

Have you looked into the Acura sport wheels? They're 19"

I would reccomend the other oem mdx rims as mentioned by FiftyFive if not, Element makes some decent looking rims that fit as well. 20" is the way to go

If I had a 2007+ MDX, I'd get the 19" 2010 Advance package wheels:

Or I'd hold out for the ZDX wheels...

My issue with getting them from the dealer is that they are too expensive. This is why I am looking for after market. I'm trying to see if I can get something from Modbargains in California they seem to be reasonable. Up here in Canada, it seems 1010tires.com is the way to go but it's hard when you can't see your car with the wheel personally.

That 1010 dealer may be the way to go with wheels (haven't checked tho) but they SURE AREN'T the way to go with tires. The General Grabber HTS in stock 18-in size is listed as $221.00 ea! It doesn't take much searching to find the same tire for $139.00 ea. at other places.

Found a dealer in CA, who talked to MRR and will redrill a 5x120 bolt pattern on a 5x114 bolt pattern so it will fit the MDX. It's a 20 inch by 8.5 wheel plus tires. I am hoping It'll get shipped today and get here in Canada by end of next week.

I didn't take the staggered wheels right as I thougth the rear wheel well is not that wide to take 9.5 plus we are primarily front wheel drive even though it is an all wheel drive vehicle.

About $1600-$1700 on eBay. For the ZDX 20's that is.
