As of 1400 hours today, I am a former Acura MDX owner. No complaints; it was simply time to begin the retirement downsizing. The 2009 MDX was a wonderful ride for 7+ years, and I'll sure miss it. Someone is going to be getting a 47,000 mile ultra-reliable car in outstanding condition, which the Acura dealer told me two months back does not need a thing and will not need anything for quite some time.

I want to thank everyone in this forum for all the helpful advice and suggestions, plus sharing of their ownership experiences. It was a pleasure to be a part of this board.
