Are great deals on 2010 Advanced models only on west coast?

Are great deals on 2010 Advanced models only on west coast?
I am seeing these prices of 46-47k you guys are getting on Advanced models and wondering if this is just a west coast thing... I am in Nashville and am seeing nothing better than about 3k off sticker..

I'm pretty sure it's not all of the west coast 
Up here in Seattle, 2010 MDX Advanced models are asking $52k, and people are paying ~$50k.
To top if off, used 2007-2009 MDX Techs here are ridiculously overpriced.
The prices you mentioned are likely in the Southern Cali area.
