Gear indicator and paddle shifts crapped out!

Hi, I have 2013 MDX w/tech and all of a sudden the gear indicator in the tachometer blanked out and the paddle shifters dont work anymore either on D or S. Other than that the car shifts correctly in D.
Any idea what happened? I checked the user manual and did not see any specific fuse linked to the above.

If the transmission senses a problem usually the D indicator wills start blinking and the car will show an alert. I'd take it to acura to check out. It could be a bad range switch.
