You might want to try Seafoam since yours is used at 150 K.
Better to open fuel engine up and see what it looks like.
Mine is new but ... I switch brands of gas and often mix 89 octane
with 93 octane to remain 91+ and reduce the problems w/ same detergents and ethanol water contamination.
This mixing reduces problems with dirty foul gas supply.
You have no freeking idea what previous owners used
so you might try Seafoam or better yet inspect it.

Seafoam - 1 can (16 oz.) to 8 gallons of gas. Do it now then again in a month or two then you should be good for a year or so.

You can Seafoam through the intake manifold as well.

Question--does sea foam added to the gas tank smoke like hell for the whole tank of gas? I live in a 'green' community...I fear being chased with pitchforks if I do this!

No, additives in your fuel tank burn through clean. Seafoam only smokes when added through your intake, and even then it's only for a couple of minutes.

1/2 can of seafoam in the fuel tank (when the "E" light is ON)
1/2 can of seafoam through the vac port
1 can of seafoam in the engine oil

When your done with this, I suggest changing engine oil and spark plugs....
