Greetings.

I really like the Acura products since I purchased my first one in 2007. A TL Type S. Since I liked it so much, I decided to purchase an '09 MDX. What I didn't feel when I test drove it was how much my hip hurts since I rest it on that footrest which is just left of the brake pedal. I can't get in a comfortable position without hurting my hip. I guess it takes at least a 20 minute drive to find out.

What is located beneath that? Is it really a footrest? I have one on my TL \but it must be smaller as it doesn't hurt after a long drive.
