Clicking sound while turning steering wheel on '08
I recently bought an '08 MDX with 113,000 miles. I noticed a clicking sound coming from what sounds like the left front somewhere. It's a consistent click as I turn the steering wheel. The clicking speeds up as I turn it faster. It also does it when in park so I could probably track it down. Just wondering if this is a common problem with a known solution. Thanks!

I've been driving Honda and now Acura for over 3 decades. Most of the time the clicking during turns only is a bad/worn front CV joint and it can sometimes start with a torn CV boot. I don't think I personally had a bad CV joint without having a torn boot also?
It would only take a few seconds to check out the front CV boot conditions on either side of the transmission. Two boots each on the left and right front driveshafts, four boots in all, most likely the boot nearest to the tires is just bad and might have have damage.
