when you turn the key in the ignition; does a green key symbol flash on the dash?? if so, you'll need to tow it to acura to reset the immobilizer

the flashing green key symbol is the symbol for anti-theft, ie; immobilizer not matching with physical key.

you might have a different issue than anti-theft.

Does the MIL come on for a few seconds when you first turn the key to the on position?

^ That sounds like the driver door sub-harness: https://acurazine.com/forums/1g-2g-m...arness-939145/

That or a driver's side fuse box/MICU maybe. These are known to have water leaks from the roof seams.

Investigate the door harness first, if that looks good remove the kick panel and left side dashboard cover and look for water spots.

I replaced the sub harness, from the driver side door to the fuse box. That didn't help. Turns over but does not start. The antitheft red flashing light goes off when I turn the key to the on position. Windows mirrors and sunroof still do not open in the cab, but do open when I use the key fob or the driver's door Keyhole with the key.

Are you sure the battery is good? I've seen multiple posts of similar issues in the past where the battery was bad. Did you try to start it while being jumped from another vehicle?
