I looked it up and you can not buy the complete grill (item #10).
You have to buy the seven pieces and assemble it.

Go to www dot bernardiparts dot com (from MA)
click on the Acura tab
click on the large oem parts box
enter your mdx info
click on interior/bumpers
about 6th down is front grill.

Part numbers and prices are available.

Other online companies that I've used include our AcuraZine sponsors:
acurapartsforless dot com from NJ
acuraoemparts dot com from FLA
oemacuraparts dot com from AZ

Can you post a photo of the crack?
If you didn't see it upon the initial walk around, it can most likely be repaired, from the inside, even if it is a broken bolt hole.

It needs replaced.
Don't crack the new one, when installing on a cold winter day.

I got these pages, from my 07-09 MDX (for your 2012 bumper, they'll probably will be the same) service manual, from
www dot helminc dot com

You can get a cd service manual online, from e-bay for under $35, I got one for one of my other cars, from
www autobooksbishko dot com

Hope you can read the fine print, on these pages:

I just noticed that 20-195 refers you to 20-209, so here are the exterior front trim pages:

Place tape around the sensor and mark everything bc the radar sensor is sensitive to it's alignment!
