Acura At Oxmoor, Louisville KY - service dept.

Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about the service department at the Acura dealership in Louisville, KY. I do not have an Acura dealership where I live and they are the closest. My next closest options would be: Nashville TN, Lexington KY, St. Louis MO and Indianapolis IN. thanks for your input.

No experience for KY, but I use the service department at Hubler which is the southern dealer in Indianapolis. No issues with them and it's easy to get a loaner.

I have always had good experiences with the guys at Oxmoor. Freddie and Mike have always been courteous and offered options when I've taken my MDX in.
