2011 mdx oil seepage
I have a 2011 acura mdx with around 110,000 miles. Last year they said I was starting to have some oil seepage. Checked it again around January of this year and they said about the same, front pump and rear main seals were wet. I've put around 3000 miles since then on it. I don't know much about cars and motors so how big of a deal is this? Should I have it checked every few months or should it be ok if I'm not seeing any oil leaks on the ground? I'm doing a 500 mile trip in a couple weeks so was thinking of taking it in to double check it. They said to fix would be several hundred dollars because it is a long job. I was planning on trading it later in the year though. Think it should be fine for a few more months?

It’s a big and expensive job !! I have same model and year but only 63K miles. I will sell it before 90K. If you don’t mind burning and leaking oil .. it’s fine. Else buy a new SUV.
There was a class action lawsuit against America Honda.
I would not pay for the fix out of my pocket book.

Well right now I don't really want to spend money on trading for a new suv. If it is still just seepage and not actually a major leak should be fine for a bit though shouldn't it?

Burning Brakes
Keep a couple bottles of oil if you need it.
