2007 MDX fan noise from dash when car is off

Been battling battery discharge issues. Changed HFL and Air Compressor Clutch Relay. Fingers crossed. Now sitting in it while its off i hear a fan or something coming from behind dash. HDD? How long does it stay on? Possible drain?

My 2012 advance has a air filtration system when the car is off, my 09 Sport I never heard the same noise from. Not sure if the 07-09 had the secondary air filtration system.
