No, if it is blowing cold air on the passenger side and in the rear the system is working. Sounds like there could be something wrong with the duct work in or behind the dash.
If you have no AC on drivers vents, you more than likely have an issue with the drivers side blend door actuator. Here's a copy and paste of how to run self diagnostics on the HVAC system:
How to Use the Self-diagnostic Function without the HDS
The climate control unit has a self-diagnostic function. To run the self-diagnostic function, do the following:
Turn the ignition switch OFF and then ON (II).
Press and hold the OFF button, then press the RECIRCULATION CONTROL button five times within 10 seconds . Release the OFF and RECIRCULATION CONTROL buttons; then the self-diagnostic begins.
NOTE:
The blower motor will run at various speeds regardless of what the panel is displaying.
If there is any problem in the system, the system flashes "88 AUTO WINDSHIELD DEFROST' or alternately flashes "88 AUTO WINDSHIELD DEFROST" and one or more of the 14 segments (A through P). Refer to checking for DTCs.
If there are no problems detected, the segments will not illuminate, and the system will appear to be turned off.
Canceling the Self-diagnostic Function
Turn the ignition switch OFF to cancel the self-diagnostic function. After completing repair work, run the self-diagnostic function again to make sure that there are no other DTCs.

Once the test is complete, it should give a trouble code in the form of a letter (A, B, C, etc.. ) and depending on the issue, it may also light up "AUTO"
Example: B and AUTO
or
Example: F only
Write down the code(s) and call your local Acura dealership and ask to speak with the service dept. they can give you the definition of the fault code and help the diagnosis. Or, if that method doesn't work in obtaining the definition, PM me or ask on this thread.
