2005 MDX rear shocks
I've a 2005 MDX that is making a rumbling bumping sound on bumps.. but ok on Highway i figure shocks... I ordered and received some KYB shocks... and from the looks of the car that had 2 owners in NY they kept it in snow and ice and never cleared or rinsed it off... a little rusting underneath.
On to my question, the rear shocks are original and I got the bottom off with a 17mm socket and impact. However the top chugged and little and now just spins... there's a bolt behind it was it welded on the frame and I separated it from the body or it it bigger than the 17 mm which is too small for it.. I hate to buy a wrench just to have to take it to a shop to have them get it off. i've only seen 2 videos on youtube.. and neither reference the back bolt . solutions?

Just a thanks for the 90 that viewed... turned out there was enought rust on the top bolt... that it wrung off the the body, next time 22mm wrench on inside nut and a 17 on the outside... used penetrating oil to lube it for next time in about 50k more miles....
