I have never bothered to use the hands-free features until I decided to try to pair my phone one day. All I ever heard was "Please repeat" or Pardon" so I started searching and found where to adjust the mic sensitivity. Unfortunately, nothing even registers when trying to set this. I found another area for system diagnostics, then went into the "Navi System Link" section. Everything passes EXCEPT for the HFL module, so I assume that this is the reason why I cannot use any voice navigation or pair a telephone.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Anyone know where it is even located? Thanks.
