2001 MDX, rumbles between 1000 and 2000 RPM

Just had the timing belt, water pump, rear brakes, etc. replaced. Now, when I am not accelerating and the RPMs are between 1000 and 2000 it rumbles, on the right front side. When I hit the gas, the rumble stops. Any thoughts?

Did you notice this before you went in for service? Or did it starting happening immediately after?
