Materials Needed

  • Water
  • Towel
  • Sandpaper (smooth)
  • Meguiar's PlastX

Step 1 – Sand headlight down

Use your soft sandpaper and dip it into water. Apply even pressure and rub the headlight from top to bottom until it looks evenly foggy. Now use a little bit harder sandpaper and repeat this process until it clears up a little more. You can repeat it with even harder sandpaper, but make sure you don't use anything above 800 grit, or it could scratch the actual lens.

Step 2 – Apply PlastX

Apply some PlastX cleaner on a towel, then start rubbing from one side to the other. Rub the whole headlight evenly, and feel free to apply a second coat after if you feel the need to do so.
