PC Polisher deal - $81

I believe this is the polisher that most recommend (I know Griot's gets better reviews but it is double this price) but please do your homework to be sure. I saw it over at slickdeals and have been meaning to pick one up so I wanted to share. It's on sale for $99 but if you add a filler item, you save $20.

PORTER-CABLE 7424XP 6-Inch Variable-Speed Polisher - $81 @ Amazon
Link
Usual price seems to hover around $119. This offer expires on 10/15.
  • Random-orbit, swirl-free sanding/polishing action
  • Electronic variable-speed dial from 2,500-6,800 OPM
  • Features a proprietary counter balance for use with 6-inch sanding/polishing pad
  • Accepts 5/16 - 24 spindle thread accessories
  • Amazon.com has Porter-Cable 6" Variable-Speed Polisher (7424XP) on sale for $99 (price drops in cart) + Filler Item (more Porter-Cable eligible filler items from $2.01 here) - $20 off $100 promotional discount (automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders $100+) = $81.01. Shipping is free. Thanks NSX4evr2006 and nottrollin

Note, the filler item must be a qualifying Porter-Cable item shipped and sold by Amazon.com for the $20 off $100 promotional discount to apply. The $20 off $100 Porter-Cable promotion is valid through October 15, 2016.

Deal Editor's Notes & Price Research:
  • This highly-rated random-orbit polisher has 4.6 out of 5 stars based on 680 Amazon.com reviews, features a left or right hand removable side handle and accepts 5/16 to 24 spindle thread accessories. The variable speed dial can be adjusted from 2,500-6,800 OPM. Looks like a very good polisher for detailing your vehicle.

It will be once in your cart. Or, better yet, buy directly from the factory outlet - free shipping and no sales tax.

Don't know how's that polisher. I usually use Makita 9237CB and it really worth it.

Ahh, did a quick search here, no results for yours but many for the PC. I even searched Google and couldn't find it for sale in the states but enjoy that extra inch the Makita gives you in good health.

But it's normally $119 so even at $99, it's still on sale and then $81 is better.

AZ is going down the shitter, guess I'll sick with ramblings.

I think the additional $20 off was some sort of glitch/mistake in the Amazon system - good deal while it lasted - that has been corrected. PC's intention was to give $20 off on a $100 purchase.

If you want it, I could send you from Europe mate, no problem

Anyway, Makita and shipping costs would be expensive, even for professional use I think If you're going tu use a few times, I think PC 7424 will be fine.
