2G TSX door lining cleaning
Does anyone know what the door panel material is? The cross bar seems like some type of plastic with a coating, and the armrest and surround seems like it is leather, but I'm not sure.
Trying to make sure I am using the correct products on the correct parts.

if you use a simple solution of soap and water; then you wont have this problem of figuring out which product to apply to which fabric/material
use a microfiber cloth and some soap and water. and if you want to get into the crevices, use a leather brush or fine detailing brush.
you car will be clean without you having to think of which product goes on which material

Plastic and Pleather. I'm doubtful that the armrest is leather; it doesn't feel like it to me.
I use Lexol vinyl conditioner on my door panels. Aerospace303 probably wouldn't hurt either.
Or like Crabman says, woolite and water is pretty much the best "one size fits all" solution.
Heh, that's a chemistry joke.

Sounds good. Thanks!
What about for applying some shine and UV protection? General interior protectant? I've been using meguiars natural shine protectant.

A303.
I'm about to chuck all my Meguiars stuff for only Lexol and Aerospace 303.

Really? I've been pretty happy with the meguiars spray. I have lexol and think it is decent. I started using the new meguiars leather balm and the results from that have been pretty stellar.
I have been thinking about picking up Griots interior cleaner and conditioners. I started using the Griots one-step sealant and best of show wax and have been extremely satisfied by those results.
A303 has been recommended to me before, never tried it though. The Griots interior cleaner is supposed to be safe for the headliner too, which interests me.

Yeah, I bought a bunch of Meguiars stuff and there's nothing wrong with it. I've just also started onsie-twosie trying different products and like how they work better. It's all preference.
I like how the Lexol goes on and how it wipes off. Plus the smell is attractive. The Mequiars is a bit shiney and slick in comparison. Again, just my preference. I like how the A303 works on all the surfaces I've hit with it. Dash, plastic, and even some exterior trim on my truck.
Right now I use Lexol Cleaner, Conditioner, and Vinyl spray, A303 for all the plastic that needs UV protection, and Stoners Magic Glass for windows. I think I might still be using something Meguiars on my tires, but I don't recall.
Actually, I was a bit glib about chucking the Meguiars. I've been using it on my living room couch, so it'll get used. Just not in the car.

Check this stuff out: Meguiars Ultimate Leather Balm
It has a nice smell too. I have the lexol as well, because it has the separate cleaner which is handy. I agree it is easy to use and gets good results.

Although, it sure would keep the car clean if I was the only one who could ever ride it in without dying.
