Just picked up my new 2004 TL Manual/Nav. I'm 37 and love it. In my opinion it beat the BMW 330xi hands down for value, performance and at 10k less !

Almost 20 years old with a 2004 TL... my parents give GREAT presents... but i think graduating college is a suitable occasion for such a gift!

And going from a V6 mustang to a TL is just uncomparable.

26 years old

I'm 26 and purchased a used 1996 2.5 TL silver in 1999. I've had for almost 5 years and it's a great car. I've put about 70,000 miles on it (mostly highway) and it currently has 103,000 miles. I'm in the process of upgrading to a newer model - perhaps 2001 or 2002. How are those years for the TL model? Also, looking to possibly sell mine privately (dealer trade-ins are just awful)? If anyone is interested, let me know?

Thanks,
Mark

61 and waiting for my new TL NBP/camel Navi AT. 3 weeks to wait. Per test drives, I'd give it an 8. Maybe more after I get intimate with it. If it's not getting it speedwise, I'll just drive my VXT1800 motorcycle. I almost got the 6MT but most of my driving is stop and go in town. AT doesn't cost any more to buy but is way more expensive to build. More car for the money. Stock brakes are super. I don't intend to race it on a track or mt roads (no mts in Florida), so the Brembos are overkill for me. Only time I stop fast is for a blue-hair jaywalking from the condo to the earlybird dinner special. :-)

Turned 36 the day I got the TL. Had it just over a week now, finally getting used to the clutch, so the fun factor is just climbing, but i Would say it started at a 9.

Cool

19 here and I love my 99 TL. Just sold my 850 for it. It belonged to my parents so it's in great shape, but it needs some mods. Maybe at the end of the summer.

LOL! Dude you're a good man. I'm not quite 20 and I sure as hell wouldn't let my 16 year old daughter drive my TL. My sister's 15 and she's begging me to teach her to drive. Scary stuff!

Nice. I just turned 22 last month. Got mine in January '03. My driving record was horrible a couple of years back, and I was driving a '96 Intrepid that used to be a rental car in order to save on insurance. It was falling apart. So as a surprise Christmas gift, my dad took me to the dealership and got me the TL-S.
