BA, welcome to Acurazine. To answer your question, you might not need a camber kit. Get your Teins on and have it aligned afterwards. Then see what the alignment shows.

Area on my XM
Click my user name and go to my garage in my profile. I have a few dozen pictures of my car with these springs. No camber kit required as tire wear is minimal (camber settings are just out of spec). A good tire should last around 40k if recommended rotations are done and your driving habits are not very aggressive.

Not the best pictures but here's TEIN S-Tech springs on stock shocks. No spacers.
Make sure you get an alignment! I didn't after I got the suspension on and I killed my rear tires within 4 months.

I can vouch on needing the alignment...and another alignment when the springs fully sag and settle. It's been about 5 months, 6k miles, and the cords are starting to come through on the rears

Most of our 3rd gen TL customers purchase a rear camber kit after lowering the vehicle since they cannot get the rear camber/toe into spec. The TL has a fair amount of negative camber from the factory; lowering only makes it worse.
I'd recommend the INGALLS kit (you need a qty of 2):

We also have the TEIN springs in stock too if you need them.

I'm dropped on tokico shocks and tein s tech springs. I wish I was lower tho. I'm
Considering Megan springs I believe it's a lower drop than tein s tech. I have a question. Is safe to cut the tein s tech springs to go a lil lower? Will I keep the same comfort? I wish I had gone with coilovers

Never cut springs. I've heard horror stories about when people do that.
Do the job properly and either get a new set of springs to just get coilovers so you can adjust them.

Help
hey just wondering if this combo of the tein s tech springs and the tokico shocks would look good without a body kit added. Would it make a change in looks in reality?

You'll be lowering the car over 1.5"...of course it'll change the looks.

Stock springs are different.
Many aftermarket ones will list different parts but personally I believe they are the same springs. What changes is the drop rate (since a TL-S is a little lower than a standard TL is, the same spring lowers less on a TL-S, so some brands call it a "different part").

I just installed Tein S Tech springs on my TL with stock shocks and my rear is lower than my front end, is this normal or will the fronts settle over time and even out? I've had them on for about 4 days now.
