Question regarding wheel fitment on my 3G TL
Hi all, I'm new around here.
I'm a proud owner of a 2005 Acura TL Base w/ Navi in DGP,
with the A-Spec Suspension Kit installed,
and an XLR8 Stoptech BBK installed (Link):
Big Brake Kit by STOPTECH (With SILVER ST-41 Calipers, 328X28mm 1 Piece Drilled Discs) - TL/TSX/ACCORD/CL - EndLess RPM
...And I'm looking to upgrade my wheels.
I really like the look of a fairly stretched tire, so i'm thinking 18x9 +30 offset in the front and 18x10 +25 offset in the back.
Link to the wheels i'm pining for here:
18x9 30 18x10 25 Varrstoen MK2 Wheels Matte Black Deep Dish Staggered JDM Rims | eBay
I would be running 205 40/18 on the front and 215 40/18 on the back..
but in order to create the a matched tire stretch from the front, is this a good fitment? would 205 35/18 in the front be better matched to the back?
that being said, I want to know what extra hardware I will need (cambering kits and control arms) as well as if my tire sizing idea is sound for the stretch I desire and Whether or not I will need to roll fenders. I don't really want to take scissors to my fender so that's totally out, but given that i only have A-Spec level drop (1/2 an inch i think?) Do you guys think i will need fender pulling or rolling?
Let's find out what i need to run these rims and tires! Thanks!
