Progress Rear Sway Bar (62.0110) - Bargain

Figured I'd share this with others:

Progress Rear Sway Bar (62.0110) - $145.67 shipped from Autoplicity.com

There's a 2 or 3% discount floating around the web too. (EDIT "2offtotal")

I purchased this last week at $152.09, had three in stock at that time. I called to confirm stock. Should have waited a few days .

Website seems to be hit or miss with reviews, will update tomorrow when it arrives.

Install instructions.

Your link didn't work but I punched in the site, and it was still for $145. Good looking out.

Thanks! What other suspension mods do you have/plan on getting to compliment this? If any...

I put on an A-spec suspension, replaced three motor mounts, three transmission mounts, front and rear end links, and an SPC camber kit, and the Progress rear sway bar. I also put in HFPCs and a new j-pipe. I did all of this over the weekend and the sway bar on Wednesday in about thirty minutes.

Car drives tight, and can't even feel the shifts from 3-->4-->5
The mounts being replaced greatly improved the shifting feel of the transmission.

The mounts may not be classified as suspension, but it definitely improved how the car shifts its weight. I'm going to check on the mounts about every 20,000 miles.

Going to get an alignment on Sunday with these specs:

Then put on a new set of OEM wheels, and a set of Pirelli CINTURATO P7 All Season tires.

Thanks! I don't really have any mods, so I'm curious to see how the sway bar will affect things on its own.

Can add rear control arms to the above list, just cut the dreaded seized bolts that adjust the rear toe.

And pretty pissed that the dealership not only rounded off the bolt, they didn't tell me and it was obvious they didn't adjust the rear toe during last alignment, even though spec spec appeared that they did.

Firestone store with unlimited alignment I purchased about three years ago actually told me about the seize and rounded bolts. Called me under the rack to show me. Took it home and cut them off, waiting again for parts to arrive.

Freaking hate dealerships...

Heard that, keeping them as an extra set. Hate to park my car after putting nearly $3,000 into it, just ordered another $300 today...smh, but worth it.

On the upside, going to do my brake calipers same colors as intake cover in the avatar.

Might as well take advantage of the down time.
