DIY: Front Lower Arm Brace
I consider chassis bracing as the top priority when it comes to modding. The result of chassis bracing can be felt immediately and it isn't the most expensive of the mods out there.
This is the easiest mod I have ever done. I managed to get it done in less than 15 minutes and I had a hangover.
Here is the bar. Very lightweight yet strong.
Step. 1: Put the car on ramps and remove the two 17mm bolts on the rear of the subframe.
Step 2: Put Loctite on the bolts and bolt up the brace. The bar is so well made that it will sit into the cup perfectly.
Done.
So easy and quick that I couldn't even finish a beer before I was done. Usually I go through a six pack.

Jig could you take a picture from side view please. I want to see how much material of the brace is sticking out on the bottom, being that if some of us are lowered. I already scrape at some driveways and speed bumps. Thank you.

I don't but I used braces on my Maxima and thought I'd give it a try on the TL. It made a difference but that was a short drive. I'll update in a week.

Looks good, I kinda wish it was a lower profile though, the steepest driveway I go down gives me about 1" clearance in the middle, so it's probably a no go for me, especially if I ever lowered the car.

I did a few searches and saw this comany makes other braces, anybody know if there's other ones that tuck up more? Or if one were do just the side braces and not the front/rear etc if it might make other parts of the car twist more?

Hey, I don't mean to revive a thread. This may anger the Acura community.
However, I have something important I want to say. I have been looking for one of these fuckers and am having a very difficult time finding them especially on Heeltotoe's online store.
