H&R spring is good enough for 1" drop, Tein S tech will go alittle lower and yet it more stiffer than H&R.

Yes. From what I read, H&R and tein H are comparable
You should really consider Tein street advance coils though. Changing springs and shocks is expensive...
The coils you can adjust height and dampening. Plus, the price has dropped on these recently. People who have them, love them.

So you're saying the price of buying those coils and having them installed is cheaper than putting new springs & shocks? I was planning on going Tein S-tech on Koni Yellow's or my stock struts

what he said is its will be cheaper if you don't like the "factory" setting, since most coils are adjustable on damper therefore any softer or stiffer can be adjust anytime at dial of a button. Meanwhile struts and spring will give you lower initial cost but you will stuck with that config unless swapping out for another spring/ struts setup.

I paired Ground Control coilover sleeves with my Koni Yellows and it has been a great setup. Between the height and dampening adjustability of the shocks, and the height adjustability of the sleeves, it's pretty versatile and easy to live with. Before that, I had Eibach Pro Kits and then Sportlines paired with the Koni's.
