***AcuraZine's unOfficial Slammed Thread***
some of you might be familiar with this concept. i figure this could be an interesting thread and a chance for some slammed CL's to showoff their cars.
Here are some rules and guidelines of slammage:
1. We want to see chassis that are close to the ground, not massive lips, etc.
2. Tucking tire is only ONE indicator of being slammed, not everything. there are plenty of examples to where this is not true. (ie, tucking 17" tires & tucking a 195/70/14 tire)
3. No one cares if the roads are shitty where you live, if you're not slammed, you're not slammed.
4. No one cares if your suspension is maxed and you're still not slammed. Don't post.
5. Don't even bother posting if you're gonna start with "i know im not slammed but..." GTFO w/that BS.
6. Try to post level and flat ground pics (No we do not want to see myspace angles of your car parked on grass.),
7. Try to keep the cars tasteful. No one wants to see stock civics slammed on cut springs or stock VW's w/the suspension removed
8. No arguing. I know not everyone has the same taste but be respectful to other people's rides, and if you don't like the slammed style simply stay out of the thread or don't post.

The bottom lip is that lip, the lip in the CL picture is a molded wings west lip, holy shit it's been a long time since i've seen mike's car
note the abs lip has holes in it, the ww lip on the CL does not

no CL on eilbach sportlines or tokico blue shocks is slammed. im on that same setup and am convince that no matter what spring and shock combo your on your not slammed. only adjustable coilovers/adjustable shocks will get you slammed. and even some coilovers wont make you slammed.
my fantasy setup would be ground control coilovers via koni yellows.

i would do anything to be adjustable. if you have adjustability and your not slammed, then your lame!
my shit is starting to sag more and more i think....considering hybrid had em, then cocoa, now me. id say its about time to blow.

Damn that white CL is clean.
I wish I had a white CL but if I did I would break the bank getting a CF hood/trunk and painting the roof black.
Either that or clean/clear white on white wheels.

look at my cl's ground clearance compared to a stock accord and my 1-1.5' dropped tl-s
next to cl platano's dropped tl-s on coilover's(he wasn't slammed yet but you get the point)
back gap
