Is your 3G TL your daily driver?

What year Z28? Is it modded?
I daily my 06 NBP navi 6MT. Bought it at ~77k a couple years ago, and now it's over 104k. It's at the dealer right now getting a new clutch, flywheel, timing belt, and water pump, while I'm trying out a 2011 SH-AWD 5AT loaner =), and I must say, I miss my car! AT just doesn't do it for me. Maybe the gear ratios of the 2012 would, but not the ones of the 5AT. I noticed that the gear ratios of the 6AT are even shorter than the ones of the 6MT. If I were to get an AT, that's the AT I'd want. http://www.acura.com/drivetrain.aspx?model=tl

Keep Right Except to Pass
2004 TL with about 76,750 miles as of last night. Used to be driven daily around 30 miles roundtrip to work downtown. I don't work there anymore and so I don't drive as much; also, I got married last year and I drop my wife at the Metrorail station in the morning, so now I probably drive her RSX as much as I drive the TL (her 2003 RSX, purchased used in 2005 with 18,000 miles on it, now has around 37,500 miles—before we got married, she rode her apartment complex shuttle bus to the subway). I suppose you could consider both cars "daily drivers" or neither, depending on how you define "daily driver." To me it doesn't literally mean "every single day"; rather, it means "driven regularly for routine purposes," and under that definition both cars qualify.

'06 TL 5AT NAV Anthracite
My '06 AM 5AT NAVI is a DD with 87K on the clock. I bought it new with 8 miles on it on 9/06. I also have an '03 Civic EX (108K), which is what I drive to NYC and when I need a fix of shifting my own gears. My commute is 42 miles roundtrip and I drive my 3G about 80% of the time.
The 3G is usually our roadtrip car, but my wife's '07 CR-V has seen a few roadtrips.

07 TL-S. Daily driver. Commute is 220 miles round trip about 6x/ month. Bought it in Aug of 2011 with 49K, now with 54K and adding up, but trying to keep miles down as extended warranty is out at 7yrs/70K and needing warranty work on battery drain issues (4th battery in as many years), and non functioning seated heats on both driver and passenger seats and annoying rattles in drivers door and rear shelf. Sigh.....

unfortunately it is...about 20 miles roundtrip a day to work.
Feel so bad for the car cuz of the god damn traffic, always stop and go and i feel like everyone should just get the f**K out of my way so it can unleash its desire to ROAR......AHHHHHHH

Great job bringing this thread back you got some great looking rides man. Gotta love the blades. My fiancé and I only use our 04 and 05 TL on the weekends in the spring/summer time. We have a mdx and rl as our Dalits.

I'm surprised the DA doesn't get parked inside. That thing is a theft magnet, especially with no rust on the rear fenders!!
And dem blades
I have a set hanging on the wall in my garage, lol. I no longer have a 4 bolt car, but I sure as hell don't want to give them up!

Daily. And the best daily I've had.

06 TL at 105K miles (bought new) was my DD until 2 months ago; now it's my high school daughter's weekend and after school rides. School student parking is 17 min walk to class so she rather take the school bus.

04 TL 6MT daily! I bought it at 102k back in August and now it's at 109k. I wish I still had my 98 EK as a second car, it was fun debating what car to drive to work. That was my daily for 8 years, bought her back in 2006 with 98k miles and sold her in 2014 with 170k miles. Good times with her!

Tell me about it.... It WAS parked in the garage until we got the TLX in Jan... Kill switch is the key...
