Not sure what kind of answer you are looking for but mine currently says oil life < 10% and below that it says A12.
Does that help?

Im guessing you guys are responding to the title and didnt even read the body??
OP. When your car reaches 15% the screen will typically give you a Letter and Number that can be translated using your owners manual or on-line references.
As NBP04TL4ME said. His screen is reading A12. The owners manual can then be used to figure out what the A12 service requires.

So there you have it. When you reach 15% your car will throw a code to let you know what to service this time. A12 as NBP04TL4ME is seeing means he should obviously change the oil, as well he should rotate his tires and replace the cabin filters. If you are doing it yourself I also suggest simply checking all your fluids to make sure everything is topped off and give the brakes a quick inspection by just making sure the brake wear isnt excessive and looks even.

A12 service, A: Oil and filter change, 1: Rotate tires, 2: Replace air cleaner and dust and pollen filter.
