If door sill lighting is an option to replace the stock sills and not just go over them I am in!

Also, Design some lighting packages to change all the interior dash lights to LED. that way we dont have to buy off ebay, and also solder in resisters for the stereo lighting! I would buy those today!

Can someone confirm it's true that 04-06 vs. 07-08 are different. Meaning, it will literally mean that there should be 2 part numbers for it not counting the color of the illuminated Acura.

And everyone here basically agree with the design shown in the photos that turtlecivic posted?

Yes 04-06 are different from the 07-08. I agree the door sills I use to modify are way better looking than the old over lays. That's why I made them....

They aren't any where near the same as the type s lip spoiler. I've bought both and the eBay ones say they're type s but not as aggressive as the OEM type s lip. The type s lip spoiler are anywhere between $350-$600 depending where you get them from.

Brand new in package the a spec emblem is going for $150!!!
That to me seems outrageous. I would pay maybe $75

I would pay about $80 for a Type S trunk lip. The Base replica's go for about the same price if I'm not mistaken on eBay.

I purchased the above linked spoiler about two years ago for $81 painted (the price is higher now), it is "one piece blow-molded ABS". It is an exact replica/mold of the OEM one, as it even has the drilled holes for the factory bolts, but it is much lighter than the OEM - therefore double sided tape and no need to replace the trunk springs was needed.

I paid around $80 for the base one of eBay which was pre-painted. Depending upon the price of a type s spoiler and whether it was painted or not I would much rather have that.

+1 for the Type-S rear lip spoiler. They are roughly $250 brand new from one of the vendors on here for a OEM one.

I have an eBay base replica I bought years ago for like $80. So right around that price range for a Type-S one would be great.

I agree, but the original one will still hold its value being original. I've been in contact with a bunch of people to get this made as well as a molder for a type-s trunk spoiler or csl, but being that I've been scammed twice out of these items, i rather not send out another one until I find a good reputable company. I did find one company I plan on going to visit them soon since they're local on the badge. Hoping to get them made cheap.

Unique, if you make the door sills please don't make the "stick" on versions like before. I don't even install them anymore for customers because they aren't perfect fitting and just "slap on and play" and the customer thinks its my fault..

I have a set just like above which is the original cut out and used an EL strip..used a cnc machine.
