Thoughts on this KBP TL for sale
2007 Acura TL-S
This guy does not want to budge from his price. I asked if he as done the B14 service, since its right around the corner IMO. Even asked if he wanted to take the rims and RV-6 exhaust off, but still no budge in an attempt to lower the price. He said he doesn't have time to do that. I'm a little tempted to get this, but I don't think this is a fair deal. With that being said I'm just putting this out there if anyone else is interested. Its the combo I was looking for, dark interior and KBP, but an Auto =(. Its still a sexy color

Good question. I asked if he could take off the rims and RV6 true dual to lower it to 14k. That's also taking into consideration the upcoming B14 service. KBB value for that mileage for private party in good condition list it at 11500, NADA is even lower. I thought 14K was fair

Car looks clean, don't think it's asking too much. Do prepare for the 105K service.
Some cheap wheels, exhaust, lowering springs, 07 tl-s, supposedly flawless body, 102K... not sure how much you expected to pay.

Price might be a little high based on some of the others I've seen posted in the BM here on Azine.

Selecting F & R side air bags and premium sound shows $12,711 in very good condition to $13,584 in excellent condition on kbb. Private sellers rarely use NADA. (not 100% sure if we have rear side airbags?)
Adding A spec lip kit adds ~$800 to both figures. The rest of his asking price is due to his mods I'm sure. Don't forget labor for the aftermarket stuff too.
Not too bad a price if he would take care of the timing belt service, but he probably hasn't and doesn't want to hence reason for selling at 102k miles. If tires and brakes have good life left and no smoking inside the car its a decent deal IMO. Car looks flawless.

The car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Car owners are usually more proud of their cars than what's realistic. Personally I think the guy is asking too much for a modded car with 100K on the clock. If you're willing to pay the $16K then that's what it is worth. Personally I would pass though.

I just got my KBP TL-S for 17k, but stock and @84K miles. So, it's whatever you're willing to pay. Check to see if his HFL works or not. If not, I would also ask to see if he ever fixed the HFL unit issue, either by replacing or unplugging it. I feel like that was one of the issues that doesn't get mentioned as much when selling compared to engine/transmission issues. Granted, the fix for it costs less than repairing a transmission, but it's pretty annoying to find a car you just bought to have a dead battery right afterwards.

This might help out, 07 TL with 103K, NADA Black Book Values:
Main thing between clean and average would be the big $ items and their condition such as the amount of life left on the tires, brakes, etc.
I'd put the car at average (13K) based on the photos, add 1K for the A-spec Kit, 1K for the exhaust, 1K for the wheels and tires and you are at 16K with everything included. Anything under 15K for a car like this might be a steal.
Check the condition of the motor mounts, make sure the trans fluid is light pinkish red, the control arm bushings are new/not torn. You might be able to hold off on the 105K service until 110K or so if you can't budget that within the first few months.
