you can't get it anywhere unless they are used, you have to buy a new one and get it painted to the MRP color.

I paid $500 to have my front bumper + lip as well as my rear lip repainted WDP. Matches almost perfectly as WDP is the hardest to color match.

all piece would cost you about $500 for paint (that being knowing someone working in the paint shop) and its quality paint also. Some cheap paint shop will paint about a year later it started to bubbling and peel off.

no matter what color since a good paint shop will have to sand the old paint down and apply the base along with other coat to get a good paint job.

Many may disagree with me, but since your car is a Type-S, I think it looks great as is, without the Type-S kit. For a non Type-S car, it's more meaningful to have the kit (seems to complete the car). This is true especially for the pre-07 cars since the lower lip and fogs were added for the later years, giving the appearance of at least a front lip. Again, this is just one opinion.

Silver is one of the hardest color to match (follow by gold) and requires blending on pretty much every adjacent panel

Any color will do. It all depends on how good your painter is at prepping.

I agree Type-S does look nice without body kit compared to 04 TL I previously owned. With that being said, I do think the body kit give a bit more sporty look and separate the car from other TLs on the road.

Stop playing, is ASM really hard to match? I gotta repaint my front bumper

Can't be harder than WDP right?

830 to door and another 470 or so to paint everything.

If you buy a kit, I highly recommend you go through Heeltoe, NOT another forum vendor route. TRUST ME.

Just wondering - why Heeltoe when AckTL05 has it under $750?

By the way, my pricing at 830 to the door WAS from from forum vendor acktl05/ endlessrpm. I think it was actually higher than that too.

Did the shop had the paint in stock for MRP? or you bought the paint from somewhere and handed to them? what was the cost?

Thanks!

I ended up getting it from Dan - "Acura Parts" For Less (AcuraZine vendor) aka Precision Acura Of Princeton. For me it was $80-130 cheaper than other vendors. Specially because it was a local pick.

$678 for full A-spec body kit (got black color)
$600 for getting the kit re-paint MRP
Free Installation since I did that myself using the instructions (pretty easy).
_____
Around $1278 Total

Also, changed the light bulbs from OEM to Osram CBI 5500K Bulbs while I had the bumper out. Go those from Amazon for $140 seems to be genuine:
