"Fully loaded" which must mean its a nav equipped car. Car was debadged or in an accident. I dunno, I wouldn't buy it, but thats just based on the very limited information I have on the car.

You're the only one who can determine if it's "worth it". Go drive it and see what you think.
Dealerships will always ask as much as they can. Do your research on KBB and NADA to figure out how much you're willing to pay. If you can't get to that number, walk away.

Seems like an OK price. Is this an individual or dealer? It seems to make a difference now a days. Most all dealers are over pricing their vehicles and don't work well with cash... I bought my 05 TL for 9000 with 78000 miles. Had to put about 2000 into it, timing belt and water pump, tires, serpentine belt, and a full service. It is a real nice ride now. If you are not mechanically inclined, hope you have a friend that is and can take them to see this car, if not see if you could take the car to let a reputible service shop to check it out, many won 't charge you, call aruond and see. Good luck!

Just got one w/o nav. 04 6spd. Average condition. 130K miles. $8700. Got 1500 for my below average trade so I went for it. Otherwise Id say the price was just a tad high. He did come down 300 from 9000, cause im not gonna pay OVER 9000!!!!
I digress, seems a little bit high. Get him down 1,000? Or maybe get something extra for your trade then MAYBE. Mine does need some things, a chip in the windshield, paint is in poor condition but doesnt need repaint, no accidents, some lights out inside, power mirrors dont work. Thats why its average condition though not good.

With that price you could buy a 07-08 with same mileage.

Just as reference, I got my 6mt with 130k miles for 7500$. The major service was done at 110k. The exterior is immaculate and the interior was in decent condition but cleaned right up to good condition. If you look around, you can find a good deal from a private seller or a very desperate dealer.
Good luck and remember a car is only worth what you are willing to pay.

Yup, that is way too much.

I purchased my 04 TL 6mt with Nav with exactly 130k miles and paid $7400 about 3 years ago. Had 1 owner, with every record at the dealer with timing belt replaced. They are asking too much. since you are looking at an automatic you are much better off holding out for an 07/08 for a more reliable transmission.

I sold my 05 TL in Dec. for $8000 and she had 164k miles, Clean Title, never accidents, great paint, all service records in hand, 105k major service done and other small wear and tear items replaced too. Mine did not have any transmission issues at all before selling, and the neighbor who bought it from me have been keeping in touch so no tranny failure, he is at 169k miles already.
So markets will vary and of course go off KBB and NADA both great tools for buying.

I bought my 06 non-navi with 122k miles for $11k in July of 2012 from a small dealer. It was current on maintenance (ie timing belt etc was done) and in average condition with a clean carfax (even tho I could see it had been in a minor accident).
Btw, I have almost 170k on it now and it's been a great car.
Paying that now almost 3 years later is way too much. Check nada/blue book and the black market here, I'm sure that shouldn't sell for more than $9k if it was perfect.
