Removing exterior door trim.
I'm not quite sure where to put this in the forum, but I'm the only one of my friends with a TL so this was my next best guess for finding out.
Not entirely sure what it's called so we've been going with "exterior door trim," aka THE LITTLE ANNYING PIECE OF PLASTIC ALONG THE MID BOTTOM OF THE DOOR THAT I WANT GONE. Anyone have any advice on removal/is it even possible?

I took mine off last month on a hot day, so it made it super easy. I would say it took me 15 minutes on each side. The fishing line really helps take off the majority of the tape residue.

oh, too late
should have used PM buddy
Even after removing the residue, a good buffing will help blend the area as I can imagine an 8 year old (at minimum, up to 11) car paint will be different under it (assuming the molding was installed when the car was new).
