Parts help-'08 TL

Well I had a boo boo yesterday and drove my Acura off the road in the middle of Nevada. Luckily it didn't roll and the damage is minimal but regardless I need a new front and rear bumper, plus an alignment which it's getting here in a couple hours. Color code yr562px. I know I've asked this before about the colors all I can find is yr562p. Nothing else was damaged and with a deductible I'd end up paying for most of it anyways, just need help finding links to the items. Thanks in advance.

this thread definitely needs some pics/story. EDIT: Saw the year, but what is the actual color? I guess they have some different shades of the same color. Delray Acura has good parts fiches to look up

From what I found out it's carbon bronze pearl. Sorry it's still dirty in the pictures. Taking it to the car wash after the alignment since the alignment place is going to pressure wash the under carriage.

bumper can be ordered painted!!
just google it with your paint code, or atleast the one that works.

Obviously you run the risk of it looking slightly different..but you can order these things painted.

Also, dont feel bad about calling around to some pick n pulls in the area. they can search their system super quick to let you know if they have your car there or not.

Bumpers do not come painted from factory. It is up to you to either paint it yourself or pay someone extra to do the painting.

Directly from Acura they do not come painted.

Dam, why spend so much on the bumper unpainted from acura? I was looking into replacing my bumper and i found it painted on Ebay, also on another site that will paint it for you if you tell them which color..If you want i can figure out who that was

luckily i actually fixed my bumper before buying. My color is pretty common, however, WDP.
I can imagine you having trouble finding your specific color

Oemacuraparts.com has the front bumper, but unpainted. When I slipped into a post in the winter, I didn't know to use oemacuraparts, and ended up having my body shop get an aftermarket bumper. Little did I know, the aftermarket bumper doesn't have "Acura" etched into it

I would just get it unpainted if not from a salvage yard. Could always have the shop paint it. My uncle worked at the shop I went to and they did a damn good job. Again, you sometimes get what you pay for, remember that!

That's a good idea, 3g acura really doesn't take a WHOLE lot to be totalled out nowadays so you could probably find one in a yard relatively close by.. I wouldnt be suprised at all if you found a good front bumper.
And exactly as you're saying, take it to a local guy to paint match. Never pay full price for a fix on an older car! unless you're made of money, of course, and get off to paying full boat..

Alright figured I would update. About $5000 worth of damage and they didn't total it out. The agent that did the estimate had them not only paint my bumpers, but the fenders and hood as well since "mud slashed" on the hood and there was very lights scratches in the clear coat. He also had them replace all my lights which was cool. And yes, the lights were replaced factory not aftermarket which made it that much better. Talked to the body shop about an hour ago, and the car was on its way to the tire/suspension place today for a new tire since mine were brand new and one had small cuts from the rocks as well as another alignment just to be safe, and the shop is supposed to look over all my suspension and clean all the dirt out from the bottom of the car. So if there is nothing else wrong suspension wise I get it back today. I'll post pictures, it's been hard without my car lol, I hate the wife's Tahoe.
