New Owner of 2008 TL-S
Hey everyone,
Recently bought a Carbon Bronze auto TL-S. Has the A-Spec body kit on it. It's my first FWD car, so a little strange feeling. Got it cuz we are having a baby and had to sell my 1994 240SX convertible. Sad day. But, I think I made a good decision with this TL-S. I had a budget in mind for a 4-door car and wanted something fun to drive. We are car people thru and thru. I also have a Nissan 370Z that I track and she has a 2014 SRT Grand Cherokee. (I've tracked that too!) I hate boring cars.

welcome and congrats on the new purchase, being driven alot of RWD car I can tell Honda doing a great job hidding the TL FWD until you push the car to it limit. You probably didn't getting used to the way the car turn and not to mention that big ass turning radius.

Hahaha, yeah, the huge turning radius is terrible! I just took my TL to the dealership today to have it checked out because I thought the suspension felt a little soft to me. They came back and said it was actually very good, no issues. I guess I'm not used to that light steering feel while accelerating through a turn.
Glad that my car checked out ok though.
Other things done to the car is CAI. The previous owner installed an AEM intake, I believe. I installed 15mmF/20mmR spacers and a painted to match roof spoiler from that bmwoemshop on eBay. I also re-padded the center armrest as described in this forum.

Welcome! Any plans on modifying your new TL at all? We offer plenty of suspension options that would really tighten up the handling.
