Question Need a Schematic of the 3.2 Motor

Hello Everyone, First off I am new and I have owned Legends for over many years and now I am moving up to a TL. I am looking for a schematic of the Motor of a 2004 TL. I have tried the search button and cant seem to find any information. So if anyone has a link that they can throw to me that would be great.

Thank you very Much

Ki

If you have a specific question - ask it
Our Moderator knows many things and the rest of us can fake it pretty well

You want an entire diagram to build an engine- like from the parts book???
Thats HUGE
If there is something you need to know specifically like- What is the valve clearance specs
What is the torque of the intake manifold bolts
Will my trick heads and cams from my old car fit the TL

Those type of questions are easy- does that make sense?

technically speaking
-in American-English- the word schematic ~usually~ refers to Electrical Diagrams
Blueprints refer to visual representation of an object such as an engine block or cylinder head with measurements of all the bits.
Then there are parts book diagrams with a simple number and arrow system leading you to a part name and part number

Here is what I need.

Schematic diagrams are used extensively in repair manuals to help users understand the relative position of parts and to provide graphical instruction to assist in taking apart and rebuilding mechanical assemblies. Many automotive and motorcycle repair manuals devote a significant number of pages to schematic diagrams.

In Filipino terms- I need a picture schematic of the break down of a 2004 TL motor. The whole breakdown as they use in a shop manual.
Does that help you understand what I am looking for? if you dont know were I can find it then thank you for your help and I will wait till someone who knows the answer to my question can show me were to link to a picture of it.

Thank you
Ki

ok what you want is a shop manual- not a page copied out of one
Good luck in your search- people are always looking for those

What info are you specifically looking for? How to rebuild? How to take something off?

Without buying a Helms Manual (or similar), the closest thing I've seen are the parts diagrams here:

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...temcomp=Engine

But these are for parts identification, not tear-down and/or rebuild. For example:

Go here --> http://www.helminc.com/helm/homepage...2US252&q=helms

You've got the option of purchasing the paper copy or subscribe to the online version.

I have the paper copy of the service manual and used the 3-day version for the ETM. I'd say go for the paper version. You can download what you need with the online version, but it doesn't flow as nicely once you do that.

right- thats why I was trying to get the OP to say what he really needed, or at least what the project was- then help may be available-

But from the sound of his replies to me- he wants a 5000+ page, complete factory edition, engine assembly build diagram with part numbers and instructions!
Free if you dont mind~- and on 1 page if humanly possible.

Sure dude- hope you have an electron microscope to read it with!!

Maybe he is building the ultimate legend-tl--- who knows!

yeah a pic of a girl proves thats the member, and there are a lot of ~girls~ with an adams apple- never trust a pic!
All I saw was someone who wanted lots of info and wont answer a simple question in order to get it.
I only answer the questions posed- not looking at the details of ones avatar, though I will check the signature for mods and possible connection to a specific problem.
When I am not on azine I am out car racing- with a competition license and a few trophies and checkered flags, working on aerobatic airplanes or perhaps scuba diving where I am certified Rescue Diver,
Its you kids with a need to EXPERIENCE life and learn some manners

Ahem .... "GhostWhisper Fillipino Girl TL Owner"

You're turning into a grumpy old man, M.

I agree though, information on exactly what the OP is trying to accomplish would let those with expertise (and experience) provide more assistance.

(And don't give me any of that Whipper-Snapper stuff . I'm old enough to be your slightly younger brother.)

LOL

Thats right respect the Elders
Someday we may be the jury you stand before, we got nuthin else to do with our time~

And I believe hotstuff13doggiestyleme and xxxcheerleader15 work for Dateline , the TV show-- and are not here for any good reason!

What does a screen name, alleged age- location, gender or anything mean on a website 'Who am I or any of you people.... really???

All I did was try to narrow down the origianl request to a specific area of the engine- and it appears the OP is now going to post pic of exactly what SHE wanted in the first place.
