Keyless entry system delay
Good day folks.
2007 TL-S
I have to press the remote 700 times before the doors with lock or unlock. Once it starts working it's good for a little while. Any ideas ??

Otherwise, sit in the car and use the door lock button to see if any of the doors is slower in unlocking than the other. If one is slow, that shows an actuator is going bad.
A final unpleasant thought is that the MICU is problematic, or might have some water in it or gotten wet.

How is the car battery? If it's more than three years old, I'd suspect that was a problem.

Battery is a year old. I'll have to check the actuators. I was suspecting the MICU but I can deal with it for now. If some other symptoms start to rise I'll have to replace it. I just got the car a month ago and I'm trying to work out all the kinks
