How to remove intake runners?

Planning to buy and install new pnp intake runners on my j35 but every thread on these forums is old and the pictures don't show. I need a step by step guide with possible torque specs as I don't want to mess anything up doing it myself.

Also if I'm planning to do a j37 IM and TB upgrade from my j35 do I need longer vacuume hose? Some people said I do and some said I'll be fine I just need to clear that up.

Do you already have the PNP?
Contact Andy Gerzina on facebook...he can guide you and he does a PNP that's so smooth and sweet and perfect, it'll leave a porn star envious...

you dont need a longer hose but you will need to relocate the IAT sensor. The best spot for it is near the lower bumper mesh
