No cutting of bumper. Just drilling holes and adding on top of bumper.

I believe you don't need to cut any thing to make it fit!

I just installed A-Spec on my Type S TL few days ago. No cutting required. There should be pre-marked circles where you need to drill holes. If you have standard TL yours might be a bit different...I believe it comes with templates tells you where to drill the holes. I find it easier to have the pdf printed out.

Thanks guys,

Additionally, why is exactly adhesive Seal A and Seal B required to attached for the fog light grill ?
There is six retaining tabs that are already on the trim or "fog light grill" that fits right into the spot.

so, they initially made it without the sticky tape, only to find that it pops out a bit....so the solution honda came up with is sticky tape.

im just curious, where did you read or get the idea you have to cut the front bumper in half?
or did it just pop up in your head that you needed to cut the bumper in half to install it?

the pdf doesn't mention any cutting
