I already seen the video before but for 3g TL I don't want to spend time to figure where all the bolt is located.

It's pretty straight forward. Going off my memory now from doing many of these when I worked at the dealer.

1. Remove the (4X) seat bolts
(If applicable some models have the seatbelt connected to the seat frame. Remove the cover pushing up and remove the bolt)
2. Move seat center of the tracks
3. Make sure the back of the seat is up and not slanted.
4. Tilt the seat backwards and let it touch the back seat
5. Remove the head rest. (More room to remove the seat)
6. Disconnect seat harness.
7. Use painters tape to tape up kick panel and lower B-trim panel.
8. Carefully remove the seat of the car. If it's the drivers seat, move the steering in and up.

------
1. Place the seat on a bench or table with a towel underneath the seat.
2. Lay the seat on the back
3. Looking at the bottom side of the seat where you disconnected the harness, there will be (2x) Philips screws looking at you holding the front plastic trim. Remove them and remove that front trim
4. Follow the trim to either end going to the back side.
5. One side will be connected to the rest of the trim, the other side is wrapped around the seat belt buckle. Carefully pry apart the seat belt buckle trim. Trim clips into the other end.
6. Go to the other side and gently pry apart the trim also.
7. Look forward past the seat switch, there's another screw (underneath) holding that trim to the seat frame. Either on the side of the frame or under like the front trim.
8.With this cover (That has the switches) it doesn't pull straight out, you need to push up from underneath while lightly pulling outward. You will see what I mean when you take it out. Once removed disconnect the plugs for the switches.
9. Look around the base of the seat, there will be these white plastic hook tabs that the seat cover connects to the frame. The front one is usually the tough one, take your time and carefully pry it. As a suggestion, get a hook tool, use it to pry as you push down on the leather.
10. There might be hog rings that can be cut or pulled open on one side of the seat cushion connecting to the frame. Look for them and remove them.
11. Under the seat where all the connections are, there will be (2x) black cushion cover extensions that connect to the spring mesh of the seat. Pull those off.

-----------
1. Start pulling up on the cover starting with the front.
2. There will be quite a bit of hog rings that will need to be cut to remove the leather seat from the cushion.
3.Lightly pulling up, find these hog rings and cut them.
4. Once all the hog rings are cut, remove the leather seat.
5. EXAMINE how the seat warmer element pad is installed. Remove the old warmer, trace the connector, disconnect the connector and reinstall the exact same way.
6. Start placing the leather seat back in it's place. Make sure the back end is pulled through the top half of the seat. Starting from the back work your way forward by installing the hog rings. Install them in the same spot you removed the old ones. You don't have to be dead on. Tip: If you don't want to use hog rings, use zip ties. 2nd. Tip: Keep the leather tight but even with the rest, you don't want one side pulled in while the other is loose.
7.Once the leather seat is back on, start reinstalling all the trims. Make surer before you install the trims the white hook tabs are back on the seat frame and if any hog rings are removed from the seat cover to the seat frame is reinstalled.
8. Clean your seat (Best time to do so)
9. Carefully put the seat back into the car.
10. Keep the seat tilted back towards the back seat.
11. Reconnect all connectors.
12. Bolt the seat back to the car (4x) Bolts.
(If applicable, reinstall the seat belt and cover)
13. Tilt the seat backwards (with switches) install head rest.
14. Remove painters tape and set steering wheel height
15. Turn key-on wait. Turn the key to run position.
16. Check all seat functions, seat memory position, seat warmer and look for any SRS warning light on the dash.
17. You're done. You're welcome.

There's a tool you can buy for the hog-rings that hold the leather to the seat that makes it way easier to remove and put back on.

Good luck! While you are replacing the heating element, it might be wise to replace the foam for the cushion too.
