I could only score a set of the red doorsills (I would have preferred the blue) but they don't look too bad.

Footwell strips only:

You can see my switch in the lower right of the dash---I still have to mount it!

Strips themselves:

With those shots, you can see why I said you need to get nice pedals if you do these lights. One mod leads to another, and another, and another.......

Finally, a shot of my de-badged rear for Crestwood.
Looks great! Do you have a description of the LEDs used in this? Did you install yourself?

Yup---did it all myself.
I used 6" strip LEDS from v-leds.com and a switch from Oznium.com. You will also need an Add-A-Fuse and some wire and connectors.

Pull the cover off the fusebox and look it up. I can't remember offhand which fuse it was. You could also tap fuse #32, which is the ACCESSORY fuse and is hot when the key is turned on.

Note to all the guys asking how to have these dim with the overhead lights: You can use the dome supervisor for your ground. This will enable the auto-dimming feature and is detailed in the puddle light wiring thread by vladkernafel here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/puddle-light-wiring-up-schematics-detailed-pics-835659/

I have already done this mod to my front foot wells but would like to do it to the rear as well im curious as to where to put the led whether under the front seats shining back or under the rear seats shining forward due to the possibility of the wires being pinched and shorted im unsure and curious as to where to run the wiring to can someone help me out if you have already done this mod THANKS.

I chose to put mine under the lip of the rear seat using the hook part of a Velcro strip to hold it in place. Its worked very well for me.

I ran the wiring down the drivers side rocker panel and underneath the rear seat. Its real easy to pull the bottom part of the seat to get access.

^^going this route for the rears is so much better. It spreads the light more and prevents people from kicking it.

reviving this thread, so I dont know anything about wiring and electrical. I do know mechanical and I do know how to how to strip interiors. So how exactly do you "wire something to a dome light" so that an adde footwell LED would light up when ever the dome light is on? Does that mean tap the fuse for the dome or + and - on the actual dome lights? Im bored and havnt done a mod in like 5 years.
