Yeah I check the progress everyday lol. Once Matt gets the prototype he is sending them to another member to take comparison shots of the S2K, and the S2K-r, along with other projectors, to see if they are what they should be (awesome) then I assume they go ahead with production.
Sorry to hijack your thread JnC, back on topic with awesome headlight overhauls

We can either replace the projector with a oem xenon ones or may be work on the oem ones to get better output.

yeah, the base model crz comes with the projectors, but the ex version which i have come with hid lights...the uk model got the led lights also, which the us version got screwed on...i was looking into taking the lights apart and clearing them and throwing in a led strip on both....think you could tackle this?

Yes, I think I have the perfect candidate for that. Either the LEDs pictured below or something that works in conjunction with the headlight design without looking out of place, I'd only be able to tell once I have the lights in front of me all opened up.

Nice, this is the set up you told me to go with isn't it? Are the morimotos d2s or the H1? I'll have to send you mine this spring to get these done. Also, the wiring seems like it'll be a big issue. How would you go about getting all four to be on at the same time also the high beams sine the DRLs use a lower power output. Are you able to do aiming adjustments on the morimotos?

I am sure D2S ones can be made to fit the application as well but due to space issue I had to go with minis.
I am setting up a harness so that everything works and is plug and play for the customer.

You've got a PM. Headlights are out of the car. Just need confirmation from you to ship them. Ive swapped slope shields for step shields in my 07 bowl along with real ZKW lenses for the perfect hybrid projector. I'm not happy with my spacing of the lens so hope you can make them look like your set up. Also, would it be easier to just send you the projectors alone, or the whole headlight? I have one headlight completely taken apart cause of condensation issues and the other is still intact. Let me know asap my car is down until I can source a 07-08 ballast. Thanks man.

Can anyone post some photos of where you installed the switches for these lights? More accessories means less space for the switches. Hopefully they're hidden or don't look too out of place..

i installed 2 illuminated rocker switches from radio shack.
one for LED strip
one for angel eyes
i installed them under the right side of the steering column. they are out of sight, and easily accessible with my right hand. they are basically right below where your keys hang.

Very nice SB! Love the placement of those switches, looks super clean. Wow the dark, nearly evil look in those pics with the trees in the background gives it a dope Predator feel. Just nasty

I dont mean nothing, I just was saying that I have my things connected the same way you do. There a lot of people here that have them together, or conected to the Signal lights, etc..

yeah i hear you. i didn't want to connect them to the signal light supply, bc i wanted the ability to turn them on or off whenever i'd like.

Also, I just have to say what a nice "cats-eye" effect the ZKW-R projector lenses give off. I've noticed the same effect in mine and just love them.
Nice car Aaron. We gotta plan another get together or something soon!
