Car's shifting has changed..thoughts?

So I recently got the 105k service completed, car was roughly at 154,200KM when the service was done. However, before the service I noticed a slight, but very noticeable change in how my car shifts.
At first, the shifts were a bit "rough".....which is normal for our cars. The car would go remain in the higher rpms while going downhill, and then shift up once it hit level ground, this shift was usually on the rougher side........

but then I started noticing the car shifting abruptly and very quickly, mainly when teetering around 2.5 to 3k rpm. Best way I can describe the shifts now is that they are sudden, and you definitely feel it. Of note, not every shift is this way, only sometimes, but often enough for it to bug me.

I have become very comfortable with my car, I know when the car will downshift and I wont need to brake etc etc. But lately, it has become unpredictable, keep in mind this happened before the 105k service. Also, when it downshifts, I sometimes excellerate at the exact time it performs a down shift, and that does not feel pleasant at all......Im trying to find a better way to describe the shifts.....lol
Also, when the 105k service was completed, the only thing the mechanic noticed was that one of my motor mounts had a tear in it, I had that replaced.

What do you think it could be? I did not expect the car to drive "better" after the 105k service, but I also didn't expect it to shift gears in the manner it is right now......

they probably had your battery out or disconneted your battery, this means that your transmission will need to "relearn" your driving habits. The transmission has a grade logic so give it some time to relearn.

Nothing to worry about

OHHHH, you said before the service was done!

Did you have the battery out or disconnected or replaced before then ?

I regularly performed the reset ecu procedure with the gas pedal. Once the car was out of the shop, before driving I performed the same procedure.....

change fluid and pressure switches and report back. If it's an 04-06 you have a filter that can be replaced.

It's an 07, I performed the ECU reset again today, and drove into work without experiencing any of the above listed symptoms.
I will see once I am off work for a few days, and do a bit of city driving to see if the symptoms reoccur.
