Yep, they are plug-n-play LEDs. I ordered mine from HERE, and used their GTXM2 coupon code for 20% off and free shipping (in the U.S.).

I got the Blue Edition (because those were the only ones available when I ordered), but I've heard great things about the Black Edition as well. They are slightly brighter, and have slightly less of a blue hint in the color. I wouldn't recommend the JDM Edition, as they have an external fan that can be somewhat noisy.

Thanks Frosty! Did these fit the rubber housing without modifying? Don't want water to get in. The blue edition should be bright enough, only using as drls and fogs. i have a 08 type s, which type of bulbs I need for drl and fog?

Mine were VERY loose, and adding duct tape tightened it up a bit, but during my drives at night, condensation shows up.

Frosty, can you confirm how the bulbs sit inside the headlight, are they loose. Any water gets in? thanks

The LEDs are somewhat loose in the '04-'06 fogs (DRLs in Canada). As I've said before, I don't blame the LEDs for this, but rather the headlight housing itself. Out of all of the other places I've seen these installed (my Inspire fogs, 335i fogs, SRX fogs, Civic fogs, Civic lows, Civic DRLs, etc), the '04-'06 TL fogs/drls are the ONLY locations that appear to be somewhat loose after installation.

That being said, I don't think one needs to worry about the bulb actually falling out, or anything crazy like that. As Guitarplayer16 mentioned, you can wrap some duct tape around the 3 tabs if you want to snug it up a bit. I've been running these for 2 months without any issues, and no water has gotten inside because of them.

My theory is that heat gets in through the not so tight seal, and since it's cold out, the cold air hitting the lens condensates the warm air inside.

The LED heatsinks get SO hot, it doesn't help with the problem lol
Hot heatsink + hot engine air + bad seal = condensation.

I can test out if it's the LED bulb or not.
I will plug in my OEM bulbs back in, and see if it condensates.

Gonna go for a drive at night, and see what happens.
If it condensates with OEM bulbs, I have another problem lol

Your question isn't relevant to this thread at all but I'll still answer it.

Yes HID bulbs slowly color fade as they age. The end result is a dim colored HID bulb that is not the original color compared to when it is new.

D2S bulbs do not cost $80 a piece if you know where to look. If you go to The Retrofit Source Inc you can find Morimoto branded D2S bulbs for $45 A PAIR.

Morimoto is a aftermarket brand that is very good quality. Do not mistaken them for cheap eBay brand bulbs. If you are to buy any aftermarket HID bulb or kit Morimoto is the only way to go.

They also sell OEM bulbs which are Osram Sylvania or Philips. Those are $95-$100 A PAIR.

I noticed when I put one in my 07 fog, it fit pretty loose. Unfortunately I had to send one of the bulbs back due to it being faulty. When I receive the replacement, I think I will put a small amount of rubber cement or silicon around the rubber seal to keep the seal tight.

Besides my fitment issues, I drove yesterday (I don't drive much) and these things are BRIGHT. They light up speed signs/road signs during MID day. I know this when I'm sitting at a red light and the cars driving by block the light on the signs.

I noticed it too. I also took pics of the reflection off of a van in front of me and it lit it up pretty good. I am tempted to get a set for my fogs.

UPDATE:

The seller has given me a NEW email address to share with everyone, that will hopefully improve the response time after an inquiry. He runs an eBay store, so his other email address is bombarded with hundreds of emails every day from eBay, therefore making it difficult to sift through and find messages from individuals contacting him through the GT Lighting website.

Please send all questions, comments, and concerns to this email address from now on: GTLightingInfo@gmail.com

Thank You!

Did you buy these for DRLs? If so what kind of harness did you go with?

The biggest question remains: has the radio interference been addressed yet or not?

I'm amazed with all the questions and issues around those certain LEDs people are still getting them. Nothing against you frosty you seem more than willing to help for a company you recommended, just seems like a silly hassle to save a few bucks over other options that have yet to present any.

fitment, freq. interference, etc of the ones that keep getting proposed which IIRC are cheaper than some other LED application options which have yet (to my knowledge) have any issues.

I have different LEDs in my Subaru and oncoming glare is not an issue. the light definitely lights up more evenly in front of you. My only issue is that the high beams are worthless (reflect straight up for the most part). I might try a different set to see if I can get results closer to the halogens.

Also there is no RF interference between these LEDS and the FM radio

I compared my LED to the halogens and while the LED placement is similar to the filament, it's not quite the same

yeah you do need it. get the vleds harness linked a few pages back. I still don't believe that they will work without the harness in an 07-08 tl-s. Although it is claimed to work there hasn't been any solid proof presented here to support it.

Were you ever able to test this theory? Got LEDs and custom headlights on the way. Would rather not run into this problem as well!

No sorry not yet.

Condensation only occurs during the driving in the night, I don't know what that means.

It condensates at night in 9 degree weather but these days it's been 3 degrees out and it doesn't condensate even that cold during the day.

It's not only to get rid of the yellow light, it's to give full power to the leds so they will actually work as DRLs

I ordered the ijdm's harness as well. As guitarplayer said a few pages back, "it's cheaper and it works". Mines still on its way to me but I will definitely update here once I get them installed finally.

I've never installed them in an RDX, but I'm almost positive that they'll be plug-and-play in the fogs just like they are in the TL fogs. The RDX fogs use an H11 bulb.

Just an update.

the seller of these lights sent me a replacement set because of the radio interference I was experiencing.

The new set works perfect and no radio issues whatsoever.

Thanks Frosty for all the help.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but yesterday I decided to check out their website and it seems like they have newer models out.

Looks like they only emit light from one side, though.
